forgot something

After my 4pm snack I blended up about 8 avocadoes. I probably had a few spoonsful of that. I'll use avocado puree around 4 pm every day for a snack. I think I'll drop the low-carb tortilla and just use the puree as a dip for carrot and celery sticks.

  2. Ha ha. We'll see how long this lasts, usually three or four days before the weekend hits. But, I'm preparing ahead. If I just have to take a break, I will do it with healthy stuff like rice cakes with my butter spray - like popcorn, and I can eat the whole sack, sadly.
